Principles : Flow

Harnessing the ability to move without rigidity, achieving freedom in the body, smoothness in breath, control and mind. Flow is the essence of life, when motion ceases life ends….our tissues' cells are in constant motion, responding to the flow of natural life force energy in the body. Learning to listen to that inherent flow within our being and allowing the freedom of expression from within.
