Principles : Concentration

Through focusing the mind on breath, finely tuned movements & developing awareness of the body, concentration develops clarity and focus which can be applied to benefit in all activities of daily life.  

Focusing attention towards the inner body allows the mind to experience a state of stillness, fully integrated with the body so that movement becomes whole and free.
