Developing strength in the core muscles of the deeper abdominals, back and hips to create a powerful support for the spine and body.

This principle provides the foundation for stability and supporting a strong base for all movement, accessed through a connection with the deeper muscles and through exploring our relationship with the ground. 

Strength and stability are not about tension and forced holding but explored as natural and innate qualities of our being, discovered through stillness of the body and mind.
