My approach evolves from realising that

• Releasing tension and focusing on the quality of smooth, steady movements which quieten the mind and soothe the nervous system,
• Undoing & retraining our bodies neuromuscular & postural habits
• Developing understanding, awareness & experience of whole 'body-mind' connection
• Working from the ‘inside out' to isolate the deep postural muscles
• Building on a foundation of stability from within and increasing strength throughout all muscles
• Co-ordinating and utilising maximum efficiency of the breath in movement
• Adopting a ‘whole body' approach to movement to achieve balanced use of muscles
